Dr. Lucas Carden is a survey research expert with over a decade of experience designing and analyzing surveys in litigation, academic, and corporate market research settings.
In litigation, Dr. Carden has been retained as an expert in federal matters and has worked on more than 50 trademark, patent, and false advertising cases, including proceedings before federal and state courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the National Advertising Division. Dr. Carden holds a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Southern California, with a specialization in social and consumer psychology. He has held academic positions at the USC Marshall School of Business and Occidental College.
In the corporate sector, Dr. Carden has conducted consumer survey research and consulting for Fortune 500 companies across industries such as consumer products, healthcare, and technology.
