He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Southern California, with a specialization in Social and Consumer Psychology.
Dr. Carden has been retained as a survey expert in U.S. District Court matters and has worked on disputes involving likelihood of confusion, secondary meaning, genericness, and deceptive advertising.
